Loved cleansing with sol cleanse! Bloated tummy was gone, skin was clearer, clarity of mind kicked back in, energy levels were raised! Day 1 was tough with caffeine withdrawals but all I needed were the curtains drawn and to go within for half the day. Energy levels were back on track and better than ever for Day 2 and Day 3. The juices were all incredibly tasty too and I couldn't wait to have the Dahl each night. I added a couple of bone broths a day and enjoyed the tea provided. Will definitely be cleansing again! xo

Before starting this 3 day cleanse I felt lethargic and suffering from brain fog. Four days later I feel revitalised. I have a lot more energy and thinking clearly. As a dietitian & nutritionist, I love that the Hojicha powder offers a lower caffeine alternative to coffee without sacrificing taste. I think best enjoyed as a warm drink with your choice of plant based milk as the nutty flavour of the milk complements the roasted flavour of the powder. It is naturally rich in antioxidants important for health & disease reduction.

The whole process from ordering to returning the glass jars was seamless.
The juices were delicious.

I have done 2 of these 5 day cleanses over the last 3 years and can’t recommend them enough.
I was battling a coffee addiction , only 2 cups a day and a sugar problem creeping in everyday. I find sticking to this cleanse easy because of the amount you get while also giving me the time to reset my needs and habits. I lost about 4kgs from my stomach during both times and have massively reduced my back ache and other joint issues as well as gaining mental clarity. I look forward to doing it again next year and would recommend this cleanse to anyone wanting to start a change in their habits and their health. Great value as it’s all sorted for you and very tasty and organic. Go for it you won’t regret it!

I was super excited when my juices arrived the night before my cleanse was due to start. They were carefully packaged and looked so locingly made and labelled it was great inspiration to start the next morning. All the juices and the nut milk drink were really delicious. I found them very satisfying and didn't need to add much to make things work for me, just on 2 days I added a bone broth with miso. I thoroughly enjoyed the active cleanse, I felt so light and energised after the 3 days. Everything was absolutely delicious, I was worried about being hungry but there was actually so much included each day that it felt very achievable and satiating while still gentle. I followed the active cleanse with the 3 day plant based plan which was the perfect way to slowly come back to normal eating, will definitely do this again in future when I need a reset
