If for any reason Sol Cleanse is not able to provide you with the product or service that you ordered, at a time that you requested, or for the price that you ordered it at, you will be offered alternatives. If these do not satisfy, you will receive a full refund. We are committed to continual improvement, so we welcome any feedback about our products and services.

Changes to Orders Policy
Any changes to existing orders, delivery locations or delivery dates must be made at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date on your order. Please send all changes through to info@solcleanse.com by the cut-off time. We begin pressing orders at 4:30 am on the day of your delivery so the team is busy in the kitchen and thus our email account is not manned 24/7.

Cut-off Times for Order Changes - Melbourne:

Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after this time.
Please note, you can still place new orders on the website up until the night before your chosen production date, unless sold out prior.
02. Delivery Policy
The responsibility is on the customer to provide accurate delivery advice. The following items need to be guaranteed by the customer to ensure our delivery drivers can safely deliver your cleanse:
- A delivery address where the parcel can be accepted between 3pm – 10pm on your delivery day OR detail a safe, weather protected place on your property for our driver to leave your order. Please give us as much information as you can for your delivery location including directions to access your building. This must be detailed in the ‘delivery notes’ section at checkout, and Sol Cleanse does not accept responsibility for stolen or damaged parcels once delivered to your property.
- A working phone number so that our driver can call you in the event that they have an issue with delivery.
- Please plan accordingly, make sure you are available to receive your cleanse the courier is able to reach your address (no locked gates etc).
- Please understand that with many deliveries, traffic, unpredictable road conditions, etc. there may be a delay in times, but we do strive to have all cleanses delivered on time.
*We will need to know by 12pm Sunday for a Monday delivery date, by 12pm Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery date, by 12pm Wednesday for a Thursday delivery date and by 12pm Thursday for a Friday delivery date if you wish to change your delivery location. We cannot make changes after this time as we send our delivery information to our courier service.*
In the event that the above information is not clearly given and our driver can not deliver the order, the order will be taken back to our kitchen and the responsibility is on the customer to arrange pick up. The delivery fee will not be refunded.
03. Pick Up Policy
Currumbin (Gold Coast) Pick up details
Free pick up is available from our kitchen strictly between 3:00 - 3:30pm on your selected production date. Our address is Unit 6/3 Villiers Dr Currumbin Waters (down the driveway next to the landscape supplies on the right as you turn into Villiers Dr).
Marrickville (Sydney) Pick up details
Free pick up is available from our kitchen strictly between 3:00 - 3:30pm on your selected production date. Our address is 16/49 Carrington Road, Marrickville, NSW, 2204.
04. Refund Policy
Sol Cleanse will only offer refunds if orders are cancelled at least 2 business days prior to delivery. Sol Cleanse does not offer refunds once product has been made or delivered to the customer due to the shelf life of our products. In the event that there is an issue with the quality of your order, Sol Cleanse will remake the order and send it out as a replacement.
05. Currency
Transactions will be made in Australian dollars.

08. Subscription Terms & Conditions
Sol Cleanse offers a subscription service on cleanses, juice and fresh food packs. We deliver until you tell us not to. You can adjust your subscription* depending on which subscription term you sign up to. The minimum term is 12 months.
The cut-off time for subscription adjustments (pauses, cancellations, order restarts and address changes), is 4 days prior to your delivery date. On this date your payment will be deducted from your nominated payment account.
- Bi-annually subscriptions: biannual subscribers receive their order every 180 days.
- Quarterly subscriptions: quarterly subscribers receive their order every 90 days.
- Monthly subscriptions: monthly subscribers receive their order every 30 days.
- Fortnightly subscriptions: fortnightly subscribers receive their order every 14 days.
- Weekly subscriptions: weekly subscribers receive their order every 7 days.
Subscription Delivery
- You must live in our delivery areas to order.
- Please take care when specifying your delivery address.
- Delivery windows vary by location but generally take place between 3-10pm on production days.
- If you will not be home please leave specific delivery instructions on the checkout page for our drivers to follow.
- Ownership of the products will transfer to you once we have delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
- We cannot commit to a smaller delivery window. We will try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee special requests.
- A delivery fee of $19 applies to all orders.
Subscription Services
When you place an order for a subscription with us, you enter into an agreement to receive the product on an ongoing basis, and a minimum term of 12 months. You will be charged for your initial order upon completing the initial transaction on the site. Subsequent recurring orders will be charged following the relevant order cut-off, without further authorisation from you, unless you have cancelled or otherwise modified your subscription or delivery preferences as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Your order may not be fulfilled if your payment fails and you do not provide an alternate payment method.
By subscribing to the subscription service, you are agreeing to receive our product on an ongoing basis, or until cancelled by you or us as set out in these Terms and Conditions. The subscription amount and billing interval are set out on the checkout page, confirmation correspondence, and the customer login area of the site.
You can cancel, pause, and otherwise amend your subscription at any time without the need to receive further products from us provided that your adjustment request is received by emailing our customer care team. You will not be charged a cancellation fee, however if you cancel your subscription within the first 3 billing cycles or first 3 months period of your term, you will be charged the full price amount of your nominated product. You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation.
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at our reasonable discretion at any time and without giving any reasons for our decision.
Subscription Management
Subscription cancellation and adjustment requests must be received by contacting our customer care team by emailing info@solcleanse.com.
The cut-off for subscription adjustments (including pauses, cancellations, order restarts, address and box type changes) are as follows:
- Updates to your account must be submitted the week prior to your next delivery and no later than the 4 day cut off window.
- If you cancel your subscription after the cut-off date in the week of your delivery, you will be charged for and receive the subsequent delivery before your subscription ceases.

10. Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the Sol Cleanse Refer a Friend Program. By participating in this program, both the existing Sol Cleanse customer (‘Referrer’) and the new customer (‘Referred Customer’) agree to comply with these terms.

Eligibility
- 1.1 The Referrer must be a current customer of Sol Cleanse.
- 1.2 The Referred Customer must not be an existing Sol Cleanse customer at the time of referral.
- 1.3 The Referrer and Referred Customer may be from the same household, provided the Referred Customer is new to Sol Cleanse.
- 1.4 Self-referrals, where the Referrer refers themselves by using different email addresses or accounts, are prohibited. Sol Cleanse reserves the right to cancel orders or revoke rewards earned from self-referrals.

Referral Reward for Referred Customer
- 2.1 When the Referred Customer uses the unique referral code provided by the Referrer to complete a purchase, they will receive a 10% discount on the order, automatically applied at checkout.
- 2.2 This discount is applicable only on the Referred Customer’s first purchase.
- 2.3 This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and not redeemable for cash.
- 2.4 This discount cannot be applied to an order that has already been completed. It must be entered at the time of checkout for the Referred Customer to receive their discount and the Referrer to receive their reward.

Referral Reward for Referrer
- 3.1 The Referrer will receive a reward in the form of store credit equivalent to 10% of the Referred Customer’s purchase value (after any discounts and excluding taxes and shipping).
- 3.2 Store credits can be viewed in the Referrer's referral account, accessible via a confirmation email after each successful referral.

Redeeming Store Credits
- 4.1 Store credits may be redeemed for discount vouchers for use on future purchases.
- 4.2 A minimum of $10 in store credits is required to redeem a discount voucher. Discount vouchers cannot exceed $500.
- 4.3 Store credits and discount vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or exchanged for cash.

Returns and Refunds
- 5.1 If the Referred Customer returns any part of their purchase, the amount refunded to the Referrer or Referred Customer will not exceed the actual cash amount paid for the purchase.
- 5.2 Any store credit earned on the purchase will be adjusted accordingly, subject to Sol Cleanse’s return policy.

Disclosure and Consent
- 6.1 The Referred Customer acknowledges that by participating in the Refer a Friend Program and making a purchase, their purchase information may be shared with the Referrer.

Validation and Fraud Prevention
- 7.1 Sol Cleanse reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Referred Customer to ensure they are a new customer.
- 7.2 Any suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-referrals or misuse of the program, will result in the cancellation of rewards and possible account suspension.

- 8.1 Sol Cleanse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Program at any time without prior notice.
- 8.2 Sol Cleanse may change the rewards structure, eligibility criteria, or any other aspect of the program at its discretion.
