Salted Caramel Smoothie
1 cup of filtered water
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
pinch of vanilla powder
pinch of ground cinnamon
handful of ice
1 tbsp Loving Earth Caramelised Buckinis (to decorate)
3 squares of Loving Earth Salted Caramel Swayzee (to decorate)
- Transfer all ingredients into a high powered blender, making sure you add the water and coconut cream first to avoid the dry ingredients sticking to the bottom of the blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds, or until the ingredients have combined nicely.
- Pour the smoothie into a large glass and top enjoy with a reusable straw.
