Nut Free + Date Free Goji & Orange Bliss Balls

Bliss balls are definitely our go to when we are after a little something after lunch or when that 3 pm slump rolls around and we need a natural pick me up on hand. However, it can be hard to find a bliss ball recipe that is nut and date free, as nuts and dates often provide the base of most balls. Although these foods are healthy, many people do not agree with such foods, leaving them feeling bloated and heavy. So to help more of you out there with nut allergies and date sensitivity these balls of bliss will go down a treat, plus they are perfect for the kid’s lunchboxes. Well, that’s if you don’t eat them first!

The great thing about this recipe is that it can serve as a base for any flavour you wish to create, so simply omit the goji and orange zest for such varieties like; cacao, salted caramel using our Organic Salted Caramel Superfood Latte Powder with dried figs or try adding dried blueberries with lemon zest. Let your imagination run wild! Let’s dive into the benefits of these bliss balls below.
