Mango, Papaya and Turmeric Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients

½ cup frozen mango

½ cup fresh / frozen papaya

1 tsp organic turmeric superfood latte powder

1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

1 cup coconut milk

¼ cup shredded coconut (plus extra to garnish)

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp freshly grated ginger

1 handful of ice

 

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender, blend for 30 seconds or until it becomes nice and smooth
  2. Serve in a tall glass jar and top with extra shredded coconut to garnish
