eCommerce Strategist (Gold Coast)

Sol Cleanse is extending her arms to welcome the newest member of our beautiful team to join us in our Currumbin HQ office. We are looking for an experienced, results driven eCommerce Strategist to generate fresh campaign ideas and work alongside our Marketing Coordinator to execute campaigns. We’re looking for a data lover – someone who loves monitoring analytic tools to uncover areas for improvement and deliver meaningful insights which can be harnessed to improve the business.

Naturopath / Nutritionist (Gold Coast)

We’re so excited to be expanding, we’ve got a spot on our wellness team for a special someone. We’re looking for a passionate Naturopath with a special interest and knowledge of cleansing and detoxing to join our team. This is a part-time position (approx 20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a larger role. This role will suit someone who is excited to contribute to helping Sol Cleanse offer the best possible services and offerings to support people to create meaningful change in their lives. Someone who values working within a team to create something greater than the individual self. 

About You

  • Naturopath practitioner with at minimum a relevant Bachelor degree.
  • Preferred to also have qualifications or a strong interest in Nutrition.
  • Has a knowledge and passion for product formulation and recipe creation.
  • Has experience in and proficient in creating written content such as blogs, social media posts and contributing to programs. 
  • A confident verbal communicator and comfortable delivering presentations via IG Live as well as potentially zoom, facebook groups and in person. 
  • Clinical experience with the potential of providing consultations to cleansers.
  • Able to work autonomously. 
  • Able to work at least some days from our office in Currumbin Waters (there is the option to work remotely at other times).
  • Must use own computer.
  • Loves staying up to date with health industry trends & research.
  • Ideally involved and well-connected in the wellness industry.
  • Loves working within a team to contribute to a shared vision rather than individually to build own profile.
  • Loves bringing ideas and knowledge to existing and new projects.
  • Be an enthusiastic, confident, caring health advocate for Sol Cleanse.
  • Comfortable being the health professional “face and voice” of Sol Cleanse. 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contributing to cleanse programs.
  • Formulating new products.
  • Reviewing and contributing to creating content (blogs, recipes, programs, e-books etc).
  • Create IGTV content.
  • Reviewing website copy.
  • Answering health related cleanse questions.
  • Potentially lead groups of cleansers.
  • Be available for providing consultations (in the future)

Kitchen Manager (Marrickville Kitchen)

Sol Cleanse Sydney is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager, someone with experience managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment who feels the call to work for a company they feel completely aligned with. Ideally we are looking for someone with a passion for health and wellness who is ready to step up their career to work in an essential role in a growing company. This role is highly physical so we are looking for someone who is excited by the thought of being active at work and loves rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in! This role requires full availability from 5am on our Monday and Thursday production days (Tuesdays coming soon!) and the person must have their own reliable transport (Car preferred).

Responsibilities/tasks include:

  • Organising cleanse logistics such as kitchen production schedule, delivery
    runs, delivery drivers on production days
  • Assisting with kitchen production where needed including juicing, bottling,
    packing, preparing produce, cleaning
  • Stock Management – produce ordering and dry stock procurement
  • Use of software systems – training provided
  • Advanced use of google drive, google sheets, google docs
  • Management of staff performance and productivity
  • Training new staff members, team meetings
  • Ensuring Cleaning, maintenance and training schedules are adhered to and
    developing new and updated versions as needed, Conducting staff training
    where needed
  • Ensuring production times are kept within appropriate limits
  • Liase with Directors around kitchen needs, staff needs, performance and
    maintenance
  • Be available to occasionally take calls outside of business hours on
    production days while delivery drivers are on the road
