How to dry body brush
Undress and begin with small circular strokes starting at your toes, working towards your groin. Next, work from the fingertips all the way down to the heart. On your back side, work from the heels up to the buttocks, then from your wrists to your armpits + from your lower back up to your armpits. In total the practice should take about 5 minutes.
Be gentle where your skin is thinner (underarms, chest and groin) and apply harder pressure where your skin is thicker (soles of the feet).
