Dry body brushing is a completely natural way to gently exfoliate, while increasing circulation and stimulating the lymphatic system to help detoxification.

Our eco friendly Dry Body Brush is handmade from natural sisal which is a form of cactus, an ideal medium strength vegetable fibre perfect for dry body brushing. The coconut string handle provides a good grip with sustainable timber and a cotton cord.

Your Brush comes complete with a comprehensive Dry Body Brushing guide.

Care of your brush: To keep your brush fresh and clean, wash regularly with a natural antiseptic and dry in the sun. Do not leave damp or in water for prolonged periods.

Undress and begin with small circular strokes starting at your toes, working towards your groin. Next, work from the fingertips all the way down to the heart. On your back side, work from the heels up to the buttocks, then from your wrists to your armpits + from your lower back up to your armpits. In total the practice should take about 5 minutes.
