As the weather cools down we bring you this delicious seasonal selection of meals that honour the final moments of warmth as we begin to turn inwards to nourish ourselves for the cooler months. Embodying the grounding energy of Autumn, the Organic Autumn Whole Food Pack utilises ingredients with the classic autumnal golden, orange and yellow hue, combined with Vitamin C rich Australian Natives such as kakadu plum and desert lime, grounding root vegetables, and warming spices. A tasty selection of meals that provide great support for the immune and digestive systems.

Each day for 3 days you will enjoy a delicious smoothie for breakfast, a refreshing “Courage” cold-pressed juice, a fresh salad for lunch and a warming soup for dinner.

Hand-made from the freshest organic produce and whole food ingredients (plus a bucket of love) – all vegan friendly & gluten free.

It’s Pear and Apple season! The best time of year to be incorporating these staple fruits into your diet. We’ve combined them in this delicious smoothie with Australian Native Kakadu Plum and Desert Lime. Harvested in Northern Australia between March and June, Kakadu Plum is a nutrient-rich, antioxidant powerhouse boasting the highest Vitamin C levels of any fruit in the world. Desert Lime is also a great source of Vitamin C, having three times as much as oranges. Perfect for supporting the immune system as we enter the cooler months.

As we move from the warmth of summer into autumn, this salad combines the flavours from the last of the warmer months with nourishing root vegetables and spices perfect for supporting your wellbeing as the weather cools down. This salad hosts a delightful journey of flavours, the hero of the salad being millet – a mild tasting gluten-free grain that boasts high protein, fibre and antioxidants.

This exquisite energy sustaining salad brings a nourishing meal that is low in calories but leaves you feeling full and satisfied. Providing a slow-burning high protein energy source that helps stabilise the blood sugar levels whilst supporting digestive and heart health. In addition it is iron rich and supports strong bones and healthy minds. Oh, and it is absolutely delicious!

A fresh and tasty dish with a nod to Middle Eastern cuisine including traditional falafels served on a hemp seed and red cabbage coleslaw. Red cabbage is an undercover superfood in the “brassica” family (alongside superfood heavy weights broccoli and kale), that delivers an impressive amount of nutrients, including vitamins and minerals and the all important antioxidants for fighting free radicals, inflammation and disease. The flavours are complemented with a coconut yoghurt, tahini and fresh herbs dipping sauce. The falafels can be heated if desired.

A traditional Ayurvedic cleansing kitchari that is balancing for all constitutions. This easily digestible, nourishing meal provides all the amino acids necessary to form a complete protein to support blood sugar levels and mental clarity. The Ayurvedic spices help to improve “agni” (digestive fire), + the moong dal supports detoxification through its astringent and high fibre qualities by drawing toxic build up from the intestinal lining and moving these toxins through the digestive tract and out of the body.

    Loved the 3 breakfasts..Elixirs and dinners and so did my stomach. Unfortunately I struggled with the Lunch Salads…as raw foods make my stomach grumble…which I already knew this would happen. But I will definitely be ordering another 3 day meal package soon….where I will include more soups, broths, and dahls. I love the convenience!
