Especially designed for the warmer days of Summer, the delicious Organic Summer Whole Food Pack utilises seasonal fruit and vegetables to deeply nourish and invigorate your body temple. With taste in mind, we bring you something special with this tantalising menu, incorporating flavours from native Australian bush tucker, and the cuisines of Mexico, the Middle East, Japan, and beyond.

Each day for 3 days you will enjoy a delicious smoothie for breakfast, a refreshing “Joy” cold-pressed green juice, a fresh salad for lunch and a delicious satisfying meal for dinner.

Hand-made from the freshest organic produce and whole food ingredients (plus a bucket of love) – all vegan friendly & gluten free.

Topped off with a hint of sweet dates and a plethora of flavours and crunch from our macadamia dukkah.

Zesty and flavourful, this vegan twist on a Mexican bowl will have your taste buds tingling. Smokey jackfruit and black beans and chipotle cashew cream are balanced out with a fresh coleslaw and a sweet and zingy salsa, grounded with black rice. Similarly to red rice, black rice reigns superior in the rice family – known as “forbidden rice”, black rice gained this name because it was once reserved for the Chinese emperor to ensure his health and longevity and forbidden to everybody else. Black rice combined with the beans and cashews also bring you a complete and wholesome protein. The jackfruit/black beans and rice can be heated if desired.

This gut-loving poke bowl brings you the probiotic benefits of a variety of fermented foods – tempeh, miso, tamari, sauerkraut and apple cider vinegar. These are delivered with a colourful assortment of fresh vegetables. Enjoying a rainbow of vegetables allows for a great variety of nutrients to bless your body. The final hero of this bowl is red rice – a highly nutritious whole grain that reigns superior over white and even brown rice due to it’s high levels of flavonoid antioxidants – including anthocyanins – giving it a greater potential for fighting free radicals. The tempeh/mushrooms and rice can be heated if desired.

Red cabbage is an undercover superfood in the “brassica” family (alongside superfood heavy weights broccoli and kale), that delivers an impressive amount of nutrients, including vitamins and minerals and the all important antioxidants for fighting free radicals, inflammation and disease. The flavours are complemented with a coconut yoghurt, tahini and fresh herbs dipping sauce. The falafels can be heated if desired.
