Designed for the cooler months, the delicious warming meals in the Winter Warming Organic Food Pack will keep your body toasty and nourished. All the recipes incorporate wholefoods and spices especially selected for their ability to support your health and wellbeing and digestive fire.

Each day for 3 days you will enjoy delicious and energy sustaining breakfast bowls (served warm or cold), a detoxing and grounding Love juice, a nourishing lunch and a soul warming soup.

Hand-made from the freshest organic produce and wholefood ingredients (plus a bucket of love) – all vegetarian and dairy-free.

A deeply satisfying breakfast providing comfort in the belly and a complete plant based protein rich start to the day. A traditional Ayurvedic cleansing kitchari that is balancing for all constitutions. This easily digestible, nourishing meal provides all the amino acids necessary to form a complete protein to support blood sugar levels and mental clarity.     Really enjoy everything apart from lunch 2 – like a lot of people I know really do not enjoy slimy mushroom texture in food. Breakfasts were really filling and warming and perfect start to a winter morning

    Juices were phenomenal, Lunch and dinners were great, breakfast was hit and miss for me, but that could be down to a personal taste aspect. I’m not really into oats or porridge.

    Loved the different options each day for meals. So great not needing to think about cooking or shopping. Always feel lighter and less bloated after one of your cleanses. Only critique is that breakfasts were a little bland

    Delicious soups and rice puddings. Would have really enjoyed a crunchy salad to mix it up, but otherwise a really nice way to spend 3 days and not think about shopping or cooking.
