General delivery advice

We have perishable, fresh organic cold-pressed juice products and whole foods available for purchase, and also non-perishable goods available for purchase in our online store. Your delivery method depends on what you order:

FRESH JUICE & FOODS delivery methods

If you select a perishable product for purchase such as a juice cleanse, juice pack, kefir or whole foods, these will generally be delivered of an evening the day they are produced in our kitchen by our delivery drivers. Your order will be delivered in insulated packaging with thermo ice, so it will stay cool for 12 - 15 hours.

FRESH JUICE & FOODS + NON PERISHABLE GOODS delivery methods

If you also purchase non-perishable goods such as Sol Skinfood, Superfood Lattes, Be Light Tea or cleanse accessories in the same order as a fresh juice or whole foods product, these will be delivered in the same bundle at no additional fee.

NON PERISHABLE GOODS delivery methods

If you purchase non-perishable goods only such as Sol Skinfood, Superfood Lattes, Be Light Tea or cleanse accessories, these will be sent via a third party courier service (such as Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway etc) and you will receive tracking information via email.

 

Delivery Fees

FRESH JUICE & FOODS delivery fees

Cleanses, juice packs, kefir and whole food products attract a $19 flat rate home delivery fee. If you order non-perishable goods on top of your cleanse order, they will be included in your cleanse parcel and attract no further delivery fees.

NON PERISHABLE GOODS delivery fees

Orders containing non-perishable items only such as Sol Skinfood, Superfood Lattes, Be Light Tea & cleanse accessories attract a $5 flat rate delivery fee Australia wide for orders under $100. Orders of $100 and over qualify for free shipping.

 

Detailed juice, cleanse & whole foods delivery information & requirements

Please give us as much information as you can for your delivery location e.g. an exact location for the cleanse to be left, directions to access your building. Please plan accordingly, make sure you are available to receive your cleanse and the courier is able to reach your address (no locked gates etc).

HOME DELIVERY - when will my cleanse arrive?

You will generally receive your cleanses between 4pm - 10pm. 5-day cleansers, you will receive a delivery on both Monday and Thursday evenings - your first 3 days and your last 2 days in separate deliveries to ensure optimum freshness of your juices.

Please understand that with many deliveries, traffic, unpredictable road conditions, etc. there may be a delay in times, but we do strive to have all cleanses delivered on time.

HOME DELIVERY - what if I am not home?

Because our cleanses are perishable, if you are not home they will be left at your address. By purchasing a cleanse through Sol Cleanse you are assuming the responsibility in this occurrence.

Cleanses are packaged in chill wrap and include thermo ice so it will keep cool for 12 - 15 hours in the event that we need to leave it at your doorstep. Please be mindful of warm conditions and strive to refrigerate your juices as soon as possible.

Because our juice is fresh and unpasteurised without the use of any nasty additives or preservatives, it has a four-day shelf life. Therefore, we can only deliver our juice products throughout the Gold Coast, Byron Bay and Brisbane areas.Β All of our non-perishable items are available for purchase Australia wide.

Juice pick up options

If you live outside of our delivery region, we have some pick up locations that are free of charge.

CURRUMBIN (GC) pick up details

Pick up is available from our kitchen on your selected delivery date by using 1111 as your postcode at checkout. Our address is Unit 6/3 Villiers Dr Currumbin Waters (down the driveway next to the landscape supplies on the right as you turn into Villiers Dr). Pick up is strictly between 3 - 3.30pm on your selected delivery date. If you do not arrive between these times you can return to our kitchen the following morning at 7am to collect it.

ASHGROVE (Brisbane) pick up details

Pick up is available from Famished on Frasers in Ashgrove by using 1112 as your postcode at checkout. Famished on Frasers address is 62 Frasers Rd, Ashgrove. Pick up is strictly from 7am the day after your chosen delivery date.

SUFFOLK PARK (Byron) pick up details

Pick up is available from Spar Suffolk Park by using 1113 as your postcode at checkout. The Spar Suffolk Park address is 3/3 Clifford St, Suffolk Park. Pick up is strictly from 7am the day after your chosen delivery date.
