Did the 5 day cleanse and could have easily done another 5 as I felt amazing from day 3 onwards. 1&2 were a little rough with a headache and low energy but the rest a breeze. Highly recommend.
Really impressed with this daily greens powder! It mixes easily, tastes surprisingly good, and makes it so much easier to get a boost of nutrients each day. Definitely a simple, healthy addition to my routine 🌿

My favourite way to press reset physically and energetically. I love including the Wisdom Dahl in the cleanse to give a savoury, warming element. I always feel incredible after.
