A friend recommended this cleanse, however, I was a little apprehensive about doing it. I really needed to reset myself so I thought I would give it a go. The best thing I ever did!! It is such a great product - so clean, fresh and tasty. I felt amazing by day 3. I am now hooked. I will definitely do a 3 day cleanse every 3 months, and now looking at a 1 day cleanse weekly. Love this product!
