Sol Cleanse is a very easy and healthy way to kick start new healthy life. It is not for the faint hearted though. That said I have zero willpower, well maybe I have some doing this. Yesterday, after finishing my 5th day I felt better than I have in ages and spent 3 hours giving my car a thorough clean.

I LOVED the smoothies and juices, they taste so healthy and were delicious!
I also loved the lunches, they too were delicious and it made me feel healthy eating them.
The dinners were also delicious, although having two different types of curries twice in a row for the dinners wasn’t the most exciting and felt a bit monotonous, a bit more variety with the dinners would have been nice and more enjoyable. But the quality of ingredients was still very high, and I enjoyed this pack very much. Will continue to do intermittently every now and then 💖
