As a dietitian & nutritionist, I love that the Hojicha powder offers a lower caffeine alternative to coffee without sacrificing taste. I think best enjoyed as a warm drink with your choice of plant based milk as the nutty flavour of the milk complements the roasted flavour of the powder. It is naturally rich in antioxidants important for health & disease reduction.
I needed a complete reset after a laparoscopy that left me with severe bloating. This cleanse gave me a reset and now I have very little bloating. Highly recommend. There is definitely enough food so you won't go hungry.
