Just finished 1 day of the level one reset and nourish cleanse. I was not expecting how good this was. I thought I was going to get hungry, but these juices fill you up until you are scheduled to drink your next one. I'm not a fan of the taste of the soup, but everything else was amazing
Tastes just like the beautiful meal my yoga teacher would serve us up where I used to live. I love to mix this with the dhal and eat it on a bed of cucumber. Delicious!
I was so impressed by your Sol Cleanse juices and daily emails, videos and breathing exercises! I came upon your website by chance having returned from an overseas Food and Wine Tour and, after a few weeks of heavy indulgence on multiple levels, was searching for something to help me detox! To find a place on the Gold Coast – literally 10 minutes from where I live – was a bonus (I love supporting local businesses) so I signed up for the 3-day programme, not really knowing what to expect.
The whole experience was fantastic …… the juices are absolutely delicious – and the supporting emails etc were very welcome and reassuring as I went through the 3 days.
