As someone who regularly juices and values the benefits of fresh, pesticide-free produce, I found Sol’s offering to be of a high standard. The quality and freshness were evident across both the juices and the meals.
I began with a three-day juice fast, followed by a three-day meal plan, and the transition was seamless. Overall, a well-executed experience. Worth continuing if consistency is maintained.
I have ordered these products twice beforeand they’ve been delicious. This time i was terribly disappointed. The Nuture salad was very salty and the lentil mushroom stroganoff was almost all liquid??? Not what I have had prior🤷🏼♀️

Absolutely loved this, the convenance was so good not having to think about making the juices and cleaning. The guidance was really helpful, I did this due to continues weight gain in perimenopause, the inflammation and excessive weight gain was really wearing me down. It was a great reset and highly recommend, I actually slept really well over the 3 days. Thank you
