I did the level one cleanse and really enjoyed it. Weird to say about a cleanse but I wasn't hungry (much!) and I felt that the combinations of juices, smoothies and dal were perfect to feel lightly nourished but also reset the body. I feel like I am back on track with connecting with my body and what it needs. Would definitely do it again.
Dont let the fact you’re doing a “cleanse” make you feel restricted. This is one of the things that I love the most about Sol Cleanse. I love doing my cleanses and definitely feel they should be an ‘every quarter’ life plan, going into the next weather season is a great way to plan for it and reset for the following few months.
I've really enjoyed trying out the 3-Day Gut Cleanse as the recipes were delicious, and I loved that the meals were all done for me so I didn't have to think about it. Also huge fan of the organic ingredients and the plastic-free packaging!
I finished the cleanse feeling lighter, less bloated and really nourished not depleted. I loved that it didn't feel overly restrictive and that there was such a nice combination of nourishing food, smoothies, the probiotic and the gut powder.
The biggest surprise for me was definitely the Gut Cleanse Powder. I loved it so much that I’ve continued having it every morning since finishing the cleanse.
I came away feeling like my gut had been really supported and nourished and I would absolutely do the cleanse again.
Unfortunately I didn’t get to try this. There are no use by dates so I didn’t want chance rice. Maybe a use by date could be added
