While we don’t charge a cancellation fee, if you do cancel your subscription with us in the first 3 billing cycles or first 3 months of your subscription, you will be charged the original price on your selected product/s.

You can adjust your subscription (pauses, cancellations, order changes, address change) 4 days prior to your delivery date. Please contact our customer care at info@solcleanse.com for any changes to your subscription.

ORGANIC JUICE CLEANSE SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Bi-annually subscriptions: biannual subscribers receive their order every 180 days.
• Quarterly subscriptions: quarterly subscribers receive their order every 90 days.
• Monthly subscriptions: monthly subscribers receive their order every 30 days.

DAILY JUICE PACK SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Fortnightly subscriptions: fortnightly subscribers receive their order every 14 days.
• Weekly subscriptions: weekly subscribers receive their order every 7 days.

When you place an order for a subscription with us, you enter into an agreement to receive the product on an ongoing basis. You will be charged for your initial order upon completing the initial transaction on the site. Subsequent recurring orders will be charged following the relevant order cut-off, without further authorisation from you, unless you have canceled or otherwise modified your subscription or delivery preferences. The cut-off time for subscription adjustments (pauses, cancellations, order restarts, address) is 4 days prior to your delivery date. On this date your payment will be deducted from your nominated payment account.

While you do save up to 10% on subscriptions, you will still be charged a flat rate delivery fee. Cleanses, juice packs and whole food products attract a $19 flat rate home delivery fee per order. If you order non-perishable goods on top of your cleanse order, they will be included in your cleanse parcel and attract no further delivery fees.

Subscription cancellation and adjustment requests must be received by contacting our customer care team by emailing info@solcleanse.comThe cut-off for subscription adjustments (including pauses, cancellations, rescheduling, address) are as follows:

• Updates to your account must be submitted the week prior to your next delivery.
• If you cancel your subscription after the cut-off date in the week of your delivery, you will be charged for and receive the subsequent delivery before your subscription ceases.

If your reoccurring subscription falls on a Monday, the order will be made and delivered on Tuesday instead.

Ekka public holiday for Brisbane residents will not be affected for Wednesday delivery.

If your reoccurring subscription falls on a Friday, you will receive your order the next Friday (skip a week), and you will not be charged on the week that you don't receive the order. However, if you do not wish to skip a week, we can send your order for a Monday or Wednesday delivery instead, please email our customer care team a week prior to organise this.

Our kitchen closes for Christmas break for 2 weeks at the end of December, the subscriptions will pause for 2 weeks and restart when the kitchen opens the first week of January.Please contact our customer care at info@solcleanse.com if you need to reschedule your order around the public holidays.
