I rarely write reviews as life is so busy but I just had to stop and take a moment to write this one! I ordered the Embody protein powder a month ago and have been having it every day. Not only is it delicious but I feel so good on it. I hate protein powders generally so have avoided them. For some reason I decided to try this one and I am so glad I did! I have been unwell and fatigued for so long and this has really helped supercharge me. I am so grateful for the time the founders put in to create this amazing product. Thank you :)
I’m in day two of this cleanse and I’m feeling really good. Feeling full but not at all bloated, definitely not hungry or thirsty. The meals and juices / smoothies are delicious and wholesome. Portion sizes are generous and keeping me energised to chase my three kids all day.
