If for any reason Sol Cleanse is not able to provide you with the product or service that you ordered, at the time you requested, or for the price listed at the time of your order, you will be offered alternatives. If these do not satisfy you, you will receive a full refund, in accordance with our obligations under applicable consumer law.

Changes to Orders Policy
Any changes to existing orders, delivery locations or delivery dates must be made at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date on your order. Please send all changes to info@solcleanse.com by the cut-off time.
We begin pressing orders at 4:30 am on the day of your delivery so the team is in the kitchen and our email account is not manned 24/7.
Cut-off Times for Order Changes – Gold Coast & Sydney
- Monday deliveries: Friday 3:00 pm
- Wednesday deliveries: Monday 3:00 pm
- Friday deliveries: Wednesday 3:00 pm
Cut-off Times for Order Changes – Melbourne
- Monday deliveries: Friday 3:00 pm
- Thursday deliveries: Tuesday 3:00 pm
Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after these cut-off times.
You may still place new orders on the website up until the night before your chosen production date, unless sold out prior.
10. Delivery Policy (Perishable Products)
The responsibility is on the customer to provide accurate delivery details. To ensure our delivery drivers can safely deliver your cleanse, you must:
- Provide a delivery address where the parcel can be accepted between approximately 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm on your delivery day or detail a safe, weather-protected place on your property for our driver to leave your order.
- Provide clear delivery notes, including access instructions for buildings, gates or apartments.
- Provide a working phone number so our driver can contact you if there is an issue with delivery.
- Ensure that access to your property is possible (for example, no locked gates without access codes).
Sol Cleanse does not accept responsibility for stolen or damaged parcels once delivered to your property in accordance with the delivery instructions provided.
Due to traffic, road conditions and other factors, delivery times may vary. We strive to deliver all cleanses within the usual window, but timing cannot be guaranteed.
If the required information is not clearly provided and our driver is unable to deliver the order, the order will be returned to our kitchen. In that case, the responsibility is on the customer to arrange pick-up, and the delivery fee will not be refunded.
11. Delivery Policy (Non-Perishable Products)
We deliver non-perishable products using Aramex or Australia Post within Australia and New Zealand. All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Free standard shipping is available for both Australia and New Zealand on all non-perishable orders over AUD $150.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
12. Pick Up Policy
Currumbin (Gold Coast) Pick Up
Free pick up is available from our kitchen strictly between 3:00 – 3:30 pm on your selected production date. Address: Unit 6/3 Villiers Dr, Currumbin Waters QLD (down the driveway next to the landscape supplies on the right as you turn into Villiers Dr).
Marrickville (Sydney) Pick Up
Free pick up is available from our kitchen strictly between 3:00 – 3:30 pm on your selected production date. Address: 16/49 Carrington Road, Marrickville NSW 2204.
Coburg (Melbourne) Pick Up
Free pick up is available from our kitchen strictly between 3:00 – 3:30 pm on your selected production date. Address: 5 Wangim Way, Coburg North VIC 3058.
13. Returns & Refund Policy
13.1 Perishable Items (Cleanses, Meals & Juices)
Sol Cleanse will only refund perishable products if your order is cancelled at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Due to the short shelf life of our products, refunds cannot be issued once production has commenced or after delivery, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Orders placed in error by the customer (including, but not limited to, incorrect product selection, delivery date, delivery location, or subscription option) are not eligible for a refund once the applicable order cut-off has passed or production has commenced.
If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@solcleanse.com as soon as possible. We will review your case and, where appropriate, remake and resend your order as a replacement or offer another suitable remedy in line with consumer guarantees.
13.2 Non-Perishable Items (Supplements, Tea, Blends, Accessories)
Within the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) Consumer Guarantee guidelines, we are happy to offer a store credit on items that are returned to us unopened and unused, provided:
- we are notified within 21 days of receipt; and
- the item is returned within 7 days of contacting us in writing via email.
Sol Cleanse is not responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
If you have opened your products and have another concern, please contact our Customer Service team at info@solcleanse.com.
Products must be purchased using one of the payment options available on our website to be eligible for a return or store credit.
We do not offer refunds on gift card purchases, except as required by law.
13.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
13.4 Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on non-perishable products once opened, unless they are faulty as defined under ACCC consumer guarantees.
13.5 Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive confirmation and your store credit will be issued within approximately 5–10 business days.
14. Currency
All transactions on this website are processed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless stated otherwise.
15. General Disclaimer
All information and data supplied on this website are intended for informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any health problems, nor to replace the advice of a qualified medical practitioner or other health professional.
While Sol Cleanse intends for all information and data on this site to be accurate and reliable, due to the nature of the information and data, you expressly agree that using this site and Sol Cleanse services is at your sole risk, subject to rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
16. Subscription Terms & Conditions
Sol Cleanse offers a subscription service on a range of products, including Organic Cleanse Programs, selected Meal Packs, Daily Juice Packs, Wellness Shots, Supplements, Teas and Blends.
16.1 Subscription Term
We deliver on a recurring basis until you tell us not to. The minimum term is three (3) transactions.
The cut-off time for subscription adjustments (pauses, cancellations, order restarts and address changes) is 4 days prior to your delivery date. On this date your payment will be deducted from your nominated payment account.
- Bi-annual subscriptions: every 180 days
- Quarterly subscriptions: every 90 days
- Monthly subscriptions: every 30 days
- Fortnightly subscriptions: every 14 days
- Weekly subscriptions: every 7 days
16.2 Subscription Delivery – Perishable Items
- You must live in our delivery areas to order.
- Please take care when specifying your delivery address.
- Delivery windows vary by location but generally take place between 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm on production days.
- If you will not be home, please leave specific delivery instructions at checkout.
- Ownership of the products transfers to you once we have delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
- We cannot commit to a smaller delivery window. We will try to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee them.
- A delivery fee of AUD $19 applies to all perishable subscription orders.
16.3 Subscription Delivery – Non-Perishable Items
- You must live in Australia or New Zealand for us to deliver to you.
- Please take care when specifying your delivery address.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after your recurring order has been placed.
- A delivery fee of AUD $10 applies to Australian orders, and NZD $12 for New Zealand orders.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Australia: 1–5 business days, depending on your location
- New Zealand: 6–27 business days via international standard delivery
16.4 Subscription Services and Billing
When you place an order for a subscription with us, you enter into an agreement to receive the product on an ongoing basis for at least three (3) transactions.
You will be charged for your initial order upon completing the first transaction. Subsequent recurring orders will be charged following the relevant order cut-off, without further authorisation from you, unless you have cancelled or otherwise modified your subscription or delivery preferences in accordance with these Terms.
Your order may not be fulfilled if your payment fails and you do not provide an alternative payment method.
By subscribing, you agree to receive our product on an ongoing basis until cancelled by you or us as set out in these Terms. The subscription amount and billing interval are set out on the checkout page, in confirmation correspondence and in the customer login area of the site.
You can cancel, pause or amend your subscription by:
- using your subscription portal in your customer account; or
- emailing our Customer Service team with appropriate notice.
You will not be charged a cancellation fee; however, if you cancel your subscription within the first three (3) billing cycles or the first three (3) months of your term (whichever applies), you may be charged the full price of your nominated product for previous discounted deliveries, as set out in the specific subscription offer (if applicable).
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at our reasonable discretion at any time, including for non-payment or suspected misuse.
16.5 Subscription Management Cut-Offs
Subscription cancellation and adjustment requests must be received:
- no later than the 4-day cut-off prior to your next delivery.
If you cancel your subscription after the cut-off date in the week of your delivery, you will be charged for and receive the subsequent delivery before your subscription ceases.
17. Promotional Terms & Conditions
From time to time we run promotional offers. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions as set out on the promotion page, email or other marketing material.
By participating in a promotion, you agree to those specific terms, in addition to these Terms of Service.

18. Refer a Friend Program
Our Refer a Friend Program is governed by specific terms and conditions. By participating, both the referring customer and the referred customer agree to comply with those terms.

Eligibility
- 1.1 The Referrer must be a current customer of Sol Cleanse.
- 1.2 The Referred Customer must not be an existing Sol Cleanse customer at the time of referral.
- 1.3 The Referrer and Referred Customer may be from the same household, provided the Referred Customer is new to Sol Cleanse.
- 1.4 Self-referrals, where the Referrer refers themselves by using different email addresses or accounts, are prohibited. Sol Cleanse reserves the right to cancel orders or revoke rewards earned from self-referrals.

Referral Reward for Referred Customer
- 2.1 When the Referred Customer uses the unique referral code provided by the Referrer to complete a purchase, they will receive a 10% discount on the order, automatically applied at checkout.

- 7.2 Any suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-referrals or misuse of the program, will result in the cancellation of rewards and possible account suspension.
