Kitchen Manager

Sol Cleanse is extending her arms to welcome the newest member of our beautiful team to join us in our kitchen in Currumbin Waters, QLD. We are looking for a Production Manager - someone with experience managing a team (ideally) in a fast-paced hospitality environment - who feels the calling to work with a company they feel completely aligned with. Ideally we are looking for someone with a passion for health and wellness who is ready to step up in their career to work in an essential role in a growing company. We are looking for someone who is excited by the thought of being busy and active at work, and loves rolling their sleeves up and helping their team getting stuck in!

This is a key role in the Sol Cleanse kitchen: the implementer of all of the moving parts and delegator of tasks. This person must be comfortable being the leader of a team and will be responsible for delegating tasks to casual / part time staff to ensure smooth running of the kitchen. This person will be heavily involved in day to day production so must be enthusiastic about taking on a hands-on role.

What this role involves:

• Kitchen Production – juicing, bottling, packing, cleaning
• Proficient use of google drive, google sheets, excel, word
• Generating delivery schedules for in-house delivery drivers
• Hiring staff and collating weekly rosters
• Managing Staff performance and productivity
• Running team meetings and trainings
• Managing and ordering stock and produce - maintaining and building relationships with local farmers
• Following cleaning, maintenance and training schedules
• Ensuring production times are kept within appropriate limits
• Maintaining company culture and staff wellbeing
• Contributing to and following policies and procedures including operations, food safety, OH&S
• Ensure staff are following policies and procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of Sol Cleanse

• Available to start work early, Monday to Friday

Roster:

Monday - Friday (38 Hours - Generally covered over 4 days, not 5)
