Our fresh juices, smoothies, soups and meals have a four-day shelf life from production when stored correctly in the refrigerator.

We don’t recommend juice cleansing during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, as your body has different energy and nutritional needs during this special time.

You can, however, enjoy our organic, cold-pressed juices or ready-made organic whole food meals alongside your regular diet. These packs are a popular option for adding a little extra nourishment without following a cleanse program.

As every pregnancy and postpartum journey is different, please speak with your doctor, midwife or chosen healthcare professional if you’re unsure about what is right for you.

There is no single rhythm that suits everyone.

Some people cleanse occasionally when they feel ready for a reset, while others choose to cleanse at certain points throughout the year. Your lifestyle, experience, health and individual needs should all guide your decision.

Listen to your body and allow plenty of time to nourish yourself between cleanses. For personalised guidance, speak with a qualified healthcare practitioner.

The best time is one that gives you space to slow down and support yourself.

Many people choose to cleanse when returning to their usual routine, at the beginning of a new season or whenever they are craving a more considered approach to nourishment.

We suggest choosing days with a lighter schedule and avoiding periods filled with travel, celebrations, intense training or demanding commitments.

Each Sol Cleanse program has been thoughtfully created with a combination of organic juices and, depending on the cleanse you choose, smoothies, nut milks, soups, broths or whole food meals.

As every person’s nutritional requirements are different, a cleanse may not be suitable for everyone. Please speak with a qualified healthcare practitioner if you have specific nutritional needs, a health condition or any concerns about cleansing.

Cold-pressed juice contains soluble fibre, while much of the insoluble fibre is removed with the fruit and vegetable pulp during pressing. Insoluble fibre helps add bulk to stools, so some people may notice fewer bowel movements during a juice cleanse, particularly over three days.

Each of our cleanses includes our Eliminate Fibre Blend to help support regularity while cleansing. Simply follow the directions in your Cleanse Guide and continue drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

For those who would prefer a cleanse with more whole-food fibre, our Level 1 Reset & Nourish Cleanse is a nourishing place to begin. It includes fibre-rich smoothies and a grounding dahl made with legumes, alongside your cold-pressed juices.

It is normal for bowel habits to change during a cleanse. Please speak with your healthcare professional if you experience discomfort or have any concerns.

Never stop or change prescribed medication without speaking with your healthcare practitioner.

Some supplements need to be taken with food, while others may not be suitable alongside a cleanse. Please check the directions on your supplements and ask your doctor, pharmacist or practitioner for personalised advice before you begin.

We recommend completing your cleanse on consecutive days. This creates a more consistent experience and helps ensure you enjoy your products within their fresh shelf life.

If several consecutive days feel like too much right now, a one-day cleanse may be a gentler place to begin.

Our kitchens handle a range of allergens, including nuts, and we cannot guarantee that products are free from traces of allergens.

Cleansing is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for anyone under 18, or for people with a current or previous eating disorder unless specifically supported by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You should speak with your doctor before cleansing if you:

• Take prescription medication
• Have diabetes or blood sugar concerns
• Have heart, liver or kidney disease
• Are underweight or losing weight unexpectedly
• Have a medical condition that affects your nutritional needs
• Are recovering from illness, surgery or medical treatment

Our juices contain naturally occurring sugars from fruits and vegetables. The amount varies across the range depending on the ingredients used.

For those who prefer less fruit-forward options, our Gut Cleanse includes grounding soups, broth and lower-fruit products. Our Custom Cleanse also allows you to select products that better suit your preferences.

Our fresh cleanses, juice packs and whole food packs are made to order, so orders need to be placed before the cut-off for your selected production day.

Popular dates can fill before the advertised cut-off, so we recommend ordering early when you have a particular date in mind.

Frozen meals are prepared separately in small batches and may follow different availability and fulfilment timeframes.

Because we press everything to order, we are unable to take late orders sorry!

Sometimes it just feels right to keep going. You can extend your cleanse even after receiving your first delivery, which is often the case when someone begins with a three-day cleanse and decides to continue for five days.

Simply email info@solcleanse.com with your existing order number and the details of the extension you would like. Our team will confirm availability and send you a secure payment link for the difference in price, then take care of the rest.

Yes. Our Jar Return Program helps us clean, sanitise and reuse eligible Sol Cleanse glass jars and bottles.

For customers in our QLD and NSW delivery areas, simply add a note at checkout when placing your next fresh order to let us know you have jars ready for collection. We’ll do our best to collect them when your new order is delivered.

At this stage, our Jar Return Program is not available for Victorian customers.

Our signature cleanses follow carefully considered daily menus, so we are unable to swap individual products within these programs.

For more flexibility, choose our Custom Cleanse and build your own daily menu from the available juices, smoothies, soups, broths and nut milks.

The number and type of products vary depending on the program you choose.

Our traditional juice cleanses generally include six 400 ml juices per day:

• One-day cleanse: 6 juices
• Three-day cleanse: 18 juices
• Five-day cleanse: 30 juices, delivered in two instalments to maintain freshness (and to allow plenty of space in your fridge!)

Our Gut, Active and Warm Cleanses include a different combination of juices, smoothies, soups, broths, meals or snacks. You will find the complete daily menu on each cleanse product page.

Our fresh juices, smoothies, soups, broths and whole food meals are best enjoyed within four days of production when kept refrigerated.

Place your order in the refrigerator as soon as possible after delivery and keep all fresh products chilled below 4°C.

Frozen meals have separate storage and use-by instructions. Keep them frozen and follow the directions on the packaging.

You do not need to be home to receive your order.

If no one is available, our driver will leave it in the safest suitable place at your address. You can add access details, gate codes or preferred drop-off instructions in the order notes at checkout.

Fresh orders are packed with insulated materials and ice packs to help keep them cool during delivery. Please bring your order inside and refrigerate it as soon as you can, particularly during warmer weather.

Once an order has been safely delivered, the customer is responsible for collecting and refrigerating it promptly.

Because our juices are made to order and are raw, fresh and unpasteurised, they naturally have a shorter shelf life. To make sure every bottle reaches you at its freshest, all five-day cleanses are split across two deliveries.

Your delivery schedule will depend on the first delivery date you select when placing your order.

QLD and NSW delivery areas

If you select a Monday delivery

You’ll receive the first three days of your cleanse on Monday, ready to cleanse from Tuesday to Thursday.

The final two days will be delivered on Thursday, ready to cleanse from Friday to Saturday.

If you select a Thursday delivery

You’ll receive the first four days of your cleanse on Thursday, ready to cleanse from Friday to Monday.

The final day will be delivered the following Monday, ready to cleanse on Tuesday.

VIC delivery areas

Victorian orders are prepared fresh by our Sydney kitchen and delivered the following day.

If you select a Tuesday delivery

You’ll receive the first three days of your cleanse on Tuesday, ready to cleanse from Wednesday to Friday.

The final two days will be delivered on Friday, ready to cleanse from Saturday to Sunday.

Five-day cleanses are not available with a Friday first delivery in Victorian delivery areas.

Your full delivery schedule will also be included in your order confirmation, so you’ll know exactly when each part of your cleanse will arrive.

For Gold Coast and Sydney customers, your juices and meals are prepared fresh to order on the day of delivery. Orders leave our kitchens at approximately 2.30pm, with deliveries taking place between 3pm and 10pm.

As each driver’s route varies depending on order volumes, traffic and unexpected delays, we’re unable to provide an exact delivery time in advance.

You’ll receive an automated SMS when your driver is approximately 30 minutes away, followed by a live tracking link when your order is next on their route. You can also safely call or message your driver through the delivery platform if either of you needs assistance.

Victorian orders are prepared by our Sydney kitchen and delivered the following day between 9am and 6pm by a third-party refrigerated courier.

You’ll receive three automated SMS updates from the transport company:

• The evening before delivery, confirming they have received your order
• On the morning of delivery, with an estimated arrival window and tracking link
• Once your order has been delivered, with confirmation and proof of delivery
  

Not home when your order arrives? No need to worry. Our cleanses, juice packs and meal packs are packed with insulated chill wrap and an ice pack to help keep everything cool. Simply place your order in the fridge as soon as you can.
