I decided to try this for 1 day cleanse after having success with the reset cleanse. After trying both my preference is for the reset cleanse, but absolutely worth trying and nice for warm cleanse and variety. The bone broth I was mixed on. The energise I love and the dreamtime I also love. The peace with a touch of cinnamon is devine. Well done for this warm option
Started with this reset 1 day intro last week in an effort to reset diet and assess quality of the product, which was above expectation. Juices for this one are great, loved the enlighten tea and eliminate supplement. I found the booklet could have provided more information if you are a new start and the QR code didnt work when i scanned it. Regardless a good start if you are planning to incorporate cleansing in a guided and have it all set up for you, kind of way. I have since subscribed to a weekly meal packs and supplement because the quality is there.

Juices were really nice and there was enough to keep me full for the three days (I loved the Dahl).
A suggestion would be to have a printout of what to do over the three days - cleansing from the phone and not always having to look at emails from Sol Cleanse would have made the experience much better.
