Made with Sol Cleanse Organic Chai Powder, this cosy breakfast blends cinnamon, ginger and cardamom to support digestion, boost circulation and help balance blood sugar. This comfort bowl is loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory goodness—without the worry of refined sugar or dairy.


Ingredients

1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1.5 cups unsweetened plant milk
1 tablespoon raw honey
2 teaspoons Sol Cleanse Organic Chai Powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean extract
Pinch sea salt

Chai Spiced Glaze:

1 pear, peeled
1 tablespoon monk fruit
2 teaspoons Sol Cleanse Organic Chai Powder

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of water, monk fruit and Sol Cleanse Organic Chai Powder. Stir to dissolve. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Place the peeled pear into the liquid, reduce to low heat, and poach for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until the pear is tender when pierced with a fork. Remove the pear from the liquid and set aside.
  2. In another saucepan, combine rolled oats, plant milk, raw honey, Sol Cleanse Organic Chai Powder, nutmeg, vanilla bean extract and sea salt. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat
  3. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5–7 minutes, or until the oats are creamy and cooked to your liking.
  4. Pour the porridge into a bowl. Slice or halve the poached pear and place on top. Drizzle with extra honey or maple syrup if desired and sprinkle with a little extra chai powder or nutmeg for garnish.
