Embrace the vibrant energy of greens with our Green Goodness Smoothie, a nourishing blend designed to infuse your body with essential nutrients. When we blend our ingredients, we give our digestive system a break, allowing for easier absorption and a gentle boost of vitality. This smoothie is perfect for those who want to sneak in extra veggies while keeping their blood sugar balanced and their hormones happy.


Ingredients

1 cup of nut milk (we love almond or coconut)
1 frozen banana or ½ cup frozen pineapple
½ cup steamed frozen zucchini
1 large handful of baby spinach
½ avocado
2 tbsp Embody Organic Plant Protein Vanilla
1 tsp seeds (chia, flax, hemp, sunflower, or pumpkin)
½ tsp spirulina or wheatgrass
Thumb-sized piece of ginger
Optional: 1 tsp raw local honey for added sweetness

Method

  1. Pour the nut milk into your high-powered blender, followed by the remaining ingredients. Blend for 30 seconds to a minute until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide the smoothie evenly between two glasses, and if you’re in the mood for a little extra texture, sprinkle some chia seeds, hemp seeds, or shredded coconut on top.
