Start your day with a burst of sunshine in a glass. Our Mango Turmeric Smoothie is a vibrant blend of turmeric, creamy coconut, and juicy mango, designed to nourish your body from the inside out. This smoothie is as uplifting as it is nourishing, making it the perfect choice for breakfast or a revitalising midday treat. The anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric paired with plant-based protein give your body the support it needs, whether you're recovering from a workout or simply fuelling your morning.


Ingredients

2 tbsp Embody Organic Plant Protein Vanilla
2 tsp Sol Cleanse Organic Turmeric Blend
1 cup frozen Mango
1 frozen Banana
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup Coconut Water or Coconut Milk
Optional: 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender, blend for 30 seconds or until it becomes nice and smooth.
  2. Serve in a tall glass jar and top with extra chopped mango to garnish.
