These Courage Juice Immunity Gummies provide your body with a daily dose of the immune-boosting nutrient Vitamin C, along with ginger and turmeric which are powerful anti-inflammatories, antivirals and antibacterials, all in a delightful and convenient form. Incorporate these gummies into your daily routine as a tasty treat or a fun way for you and your family to strengthen your immune system one delicious bite at a time!

Ingredients

1 Sol Cleanse Courage Juice (400mls)
4 tbsp Grass Fed Gelatin Powder
1 tbsp organic honey or maple syrup (optional)

Method

In a small bowl, combine ⅓ of the jar of Courage juice with the gelatin and mix well. Allow it to sit on the counter for five minutes to form a thick jelly-like consistency.
Heat the remaining 2/3 of the jar of juice in a saucepan and remove just before the boiling point, the juice needs to be just warm enough to dissolve the gelatin.
Once the mix is removed from the heat, stir in the optional honey and then add the gelatin mixture to the saucepan and mix well until all of the gelatin clumps completely dissolve.
Pour the liquid from the saucepan into a silicone ice cube or shaped moulds, or a shallow baking dish, then transfer to the fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
Once they are firm, slowly and gently pop the gummies out of the moulds, or cut into squares if you are using a baking dish instead.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week, if they last that long.

Notes: The consistency of these gummies will be softer and squishier than the store bought tablet form of gummies, but we promise these are healthier, more delicious and fun to make!

If you have zinc or probiotic capsules at home you can also add 2 of each to the mix to increase the immune defence and make capsule taking easier on little ones.
