Ingredients

270ml Sol Cleanse Joy Elixir
1 lime zest and juice
2 tbsp mint leaves
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup carbonated mineral water
1 cup of ice cubes
Ribboned cucumber to serve
Flakey salt for the rim

Method

  1. Combine the Sol Cleanse Joy Elixir, juice of half the lime, maple syrup and crushed mint leaves into a cocktail mixer and shake to combine.
  2. Use the remaining lime to rim the glasses with lime juice dipped into a plate of grated lime zest salt flakes.
  3. Place a ribboned cucumber, some fresh mint and a handful of ice into each glass.
  4. Fill the glass ¾ full with the Joy mix then tip with sparkling water.
  5. Enjoy your hydrating beverage with your family and friends.

VARIATIONS

Can't get your hands on Joy juice? You can make your own cucumber-based green juice in the blender or juicer and strain before using. If you have non-alcoholic spirits such as Seedlip Gin you can reduce the sparkling water and add a shot of your favourite non-alcoholic spirit.
