Springtime Cleansing Tea

05 September, 2025

A nurturing blend of dandelion, fennel, and healing herbs to gently support your liver and gallbladder this spring—sip warm or iced.

MAKES 6 SERVES

Spring is nature’s cue for renewal—a powerful time to support your liver and gallbladder as they work to release the stagnant energy of winter. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is linked to the liver, making it the ideal season to focus on gentle cleansing and restoring flow within the body.

This herbal tea blend is a seasonal favourite at Sol Cleanse—nourishing, balancing, and deeply supportive of your body’s natural detoxification pathways. Whether you sip it warm to awaken your system each morning, or serve it chilled on sunny afternoons, this ritual invites you to reconnect with yourself, one soothing cup at a time.

Crafted with liver-loving herbs like dandelion, fennel, and turmeric, this tea supports digestion, calms the mind, and helps clear accumulated toxins. It’s a beautiful way to complement your seasonal cleanse or simply nourish your body with intention.
