I have chronic gut issues, bowel infection flare ups and constipation. I asked my gastric surgeon about this product before starting it, and he gave me the go ahead. In all honesty, the taste and texture isn't great, but it's tolerable. I've been having it once a day for almost 2 weeks now, and so far it does appear to be helping with my minor symptoms. I am happy with this product, so far, so good. And I have to mention the excellent customer service I received after a mix up with my delivery. The girls went above and beyond to solve the problem and I am very grateful to them.
