Love this for when I return from holiday and don’t have time to cook. Great for a gut reset after eating out a lot, also!
So worth it! The salads and smoothies are beyond delicious and everything is beautifully presented. The delivery process and communication is also excellent. Highly recommend trying.
I thoroughly enjoyed the active cleanse, I felt so light and energised after the 3 days. Everything was absolutely delicious, I was worried about being hungry but there was actually so much included each day that it felt very achievable and satiating while still gentle. I followed the active cleanse with the 3 day plant based plan which was the perfect way to slowly come back to normal eating, will definitely do this again in future when I need a reset
