Delicious and Nutritious

I rarely write reviews as life is so busy but I just had to stop and take a moment to write this one! I ordered the Embody protein powder a month ago and have been having it every day. Not only is it delicious but I feel so good on it. I hate protein powders generally so have avoided them. For some reason I decided to try this one and I am so glad I did! I have been unwell and fatigued for so long and this has really helped supercharge me. I am so grateful for the time the founders put in to create this amazing product. Thank you :)

My go to protein support

I have been low carb high protein for a couple of years now and some days I’m caught out by not meeting my protein goal. But not anymore. My go to after my daily swim is a protein smoothie with some organic avocado, banana and Greek yogurt, with Embody cacao added has made me looking forward to this delicious smoothie with no sickly sweetness aftertaste like you get with some ultra processed imposters. Tastes delicious while getting my protein hit!

Love the cacao flavour and versatility of this protein powder.
I usually add it to my dandelion tea with tiger nut milk (hot or cold) to help me add much needed protein to my daily diet.
Looking forward to also using it in a batch of cacao muffins soon.

A clean organic Protein for the busy tradie

The Embody Protein Powder is something else!

I have been enjoying the cacao blend after my morning exercise, be it strength class, pilates, or yoga. I’ve had the powder ready to go in the sleek Sol Cleanse stainless steel shaker (no plastic - woohoo!) and I simply add my filtered water when I’m ready to go. I’ve also found it very handy on some afternoons where I’ve got a dose of the ‘snack attacks’ - I simply blend a serve with some almond milk and it tastes like a delicious choc milkshake, keeping me full until dinner time. It’s also felt great with my digestion as some protein powders can leave me feeling a little bloated. Adequate protein is important to me especially for hormonal balance so the Embody Protein will be a keeper. Highly recommend!
