Breathwork is like a gateway to our consciousness and it's the gateway for us to have presence and awareness. And if we can have awareness about our life then all of a sudden the game changes and instead of life becoming something that's happening to us we realise it's happening for us. And then we go into a space where we can master our breath which means we can control our emotions, which means we can dictate our future, and we can co-create our future which is a pretty potent place to be.
