This cleanse really gave me motivation to get back into my health and fitness goals. I felt better, I slept better and just generally felt great.
The only (very small) 'complaint' - I wish there was a bit of a mix with the salad - It was lovely but I did tend to not look forward to it as much as the other meals.
I've tried to incorporate some of the food and juices into my daily life and I am looking forward to doing this again every six months. It was exactly the reset I needed.

This was my first time doing a cleanse, and the Active Cleanse was very well thought out and easy to follow. I experienced a few cravings on the first day, but I adjusted quickly. I wasn’t hungry at all, the portions of juice and salad were generous and filling, just the only negative was the dahl, I didn't really find it tasty, it was very strong. I’ll definitely be doing this again :) (without the dahl).

This was my second cleanse after doing the 3 day juice cleanse. I found the active cleanse gave me a couple of food options delicious salad and protein powder to keep me energised. Delivery is seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reset and a boost to your health and wellbeing

I completed this 5 day active cleanse in the middle of juggling 3 children, walking 10km a day, and also hosting 2 birthday parties and attending a wedding. It was so easy to stick to as all of the juices and the salad was delicious. I felt satisfied and never hungry. After the 5 days I felt clear minded, full of energy and there was obvious signs my gut health was better than ever. I loved it so much I purchased a follow on of the 3 day vegan meal plan. Highly recommend!
