I just wanted to say thank you. I loved your Level 1 cleanse so much, I am doing it again. It helped me start cutting down food noise. Unlike other cleanses, yours are absolutely delicious. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE your beautiful booklet in which you take pressure off people by reminding them that it is not about deprivation. I have raw fruits and nuts on my cleanse days and it works for me. I also love your dhal. I am recommending this to my friends.

Great introduction

Started with this reset 1 day intro last week in an effort to reset diet and assess quality of the product, which was above expectation. Juices for this one are great, loved the enlighten tea and eliminate supplement. I found the booklet could have provided more information if you are a new start and the QR code didnt work when i scanned it. Regardless a good start if you are planning to incorporate cleansing in a guided and have it all set up for you, kind of way. I have since subscribed to a weekly meal packs and supplement because the quality is there.

3 Day Cleanse - great but information sheet with juices would have made it better

Juices were really nice and there was enough to keep me full for the three days (I loved the Dahl).
A suggestion would be to have a printout of what to do over the three days - cleansing from the phone and not always having to look at emails from Sol Cleanse would have made the experience much better.

I am on my last day of my 5 day cleanse. It has been such a breeze, from the ordering, the delivery with a smile, the fantastic support and communication, to ofcourse the product. The juices, smoothies and soup have been delishious, amazing variety, high food nutrition frequency. Ive never felt hungry, i feel and look amazing, it was a great experience that has set me up for a winter of eating wholesome nourishing foods. A big thank you for the love and kindness.

Readjusting experience

I set out on my cleanse to break mindless eating and nourish my body. I loved the juices and looked forward to enjoying them. I did get hungry but the experience allowed me to be more mindful of what my body needed which is what I wanted from the cleanse.
