continue readingLove and Energise were my favourite to drink but they all are great. To have the dahl in the evening was a nice change from just liquid. I had a headache and felt nauseous due to my body detoxing but still worked and took regular breaks to be still. I have found now I am finished I am not craving sugar or large meals but what I do eat I really enjoy and feel more present.
I would recommend to my friends and family as a good way to reset.
