I did the full 5 days cleansing; most challenging part was in the evenings being peckish. But the Sol Cleanse planned very well and had the lentil soup for last which gave some solid feeling. after 5 days I can see no more craving for unhealthy food or alcohol. Great one. After a bit of rest will try level 2.
