I did not feel hungry at all. I am not a fan of apple juice and found some juices too sweet. I would definitely do this again with a more savoury option if there is one.

I'm glad that there's now an option to customise the cleanse as there are some options I prefer over others (based on previously proscribed cleanses) and different combinations work for me. Love that the tea, straw and tea strainer is still included but I noticed that whilst the protein powder is included, the psyllium husks no longer are. Still, love the option that much that I am not taking a star off for that.

The updated formula of our Eliminate supplement now includes many of the beneficial ingredients that were previously found in Bloom, including psyllium husks. This means you get the benefits of both in a single, more robust product, streamlining your cleanse without compromising on quality or effectiveness.
As a result of this upgrade, we've removed Bloom from the cleanse pack, since its key ingredients are now included in Eliminate.

I had been in a negative eating cycle for a while and committing to this reset really changed everything. I feel not only empowered but compelled to keep with the more health focused eating habits after completing the cleanse. The juices and smoothies are DELICIOUS! Literally like you’ve made them yourself. Ingredients taste so fresh & clean, each first sip is like “Ohhhh so delicious!” Literally no favourite. Love them all. Certainly makes a juice cleanse easy. Thank you!
