I found this cleanse really powerful. I loved this cleanse. It was so powerful in terms of its action. For those who are hesitant about fasting, this one is for you. The juices plus the meals are really more than enough. On day two I found myself not hungry enough to eat one of the meals. I found on day three however that because I hadnt eaten all of the meals that I needed meat, yet on day one, I found no need to eat anything than what was provided on this cleanse. I will do this cleanse again because it ticks all the boxes in terms of taste, satisfaction and value. I will then ensure that I eat all of the juices and meals for the day because they are so well balanced that it will change the way you think you need to eat. The juices are fresh and delicious and the provided meals are same. I added olive oil and lemon juice to the salad as a dressing to make the salad a little more wet because it was just a little dry and there is no dressing provided. However that is a personal taste thing rather than a complaint.
