I wanted to do a warm cleanse as I felt that might help me achieve better results and I was right. Having warming, nourishing elixirs was perfect for this time of year. It was interesting to note how I was using food to ‘comfort’ myself and how I felt when that crutch was gone. I loved the extra support I was provided with via email with yoga, breathwork and meditation. I’ll be doing it again!

Everything was so tasty, fresh and healthy the flavours were on point and the delivery staff reliable and friendly. Have ordered again and would love the option of being able to add additional meals such as another of the cauliflower soups and smoothies, I would definitely order a 5 day option if this was available.
