Just finished the 5 day cleanse and my mental clarity has improved and my general feeling of wellbeing has increased . I love that you guys send everything I need so that all I have to do is focus on myself! The juices are always so fresh and delicious!
I rarely write reviews as life is so busy but I just had to stop and take a moment to write this one! I ordered the Embody protein powder a month ago and have been having it every day. Not only is it delicious but I feel so good on it. I hate protein powders generally so have avoided them. For some reason I decided to try this one and I am so glad I did! I have been unwell and fatigued for so long and this has really helped supercharge me. I am so grateful for the time the founders put in to create this amazing product. Thank you :)
I’m in day two of this cleanse and I’m feeling really good. Feeling full but not at all bloated, definitely not hungry or thirsty. The meals and juices / smoothies are delicious and wholesome. Portion sizes are generous and keeping me energised to chase my three kids all day.
I bought a 12 pack of these most delicious nutrient dense juices to help me post surgery. I could literally feel my body flooded with goodness. I am so happy I choose this for myself. I felt so loving and good. Each delish and soothing.

These whole foods cleanse packages never disappoint. I’ve done a few now. The food is beautifully presented & inspiring- every dish delicious. The dressings and toppings are incredible. I find the portions are great - if I am feeling like extra I can add a few steamed vegetables but they are very filling on their own.
The communication is amazing- respond quickly if needed. Delivery is always spot on and reliable.
Perfect healthy reset- if I could order every week I would! 🦋❤️
