Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Sol Cleanse (“Promoter”), Unit 6/3 Villiers Drive, Currumbin Waters QLD 4223.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences when the giveaway post is published on the Sol Cleanse Instagram account on Wednesday 12 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday 16 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entrants are responsible for confirming that their delivery address falls within an eligible Sol Cleanse delivery area. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

- Comment "NOURISH ME" on the designated giveaway post on the Sol Cleanse Instagram account; and
- Complete the entry steps provided by Sol Cleanse via Instagram direct message, including providing a valid email address.
An entry is only considered complete once the required details requested via direct message have been provided.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Limit of one entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be removed at the Promoter’s discretion.
5. Email and SMS Communications
As part of the entry process, entrants who provide their email address consent to receive marketing emails from Sol Cleanse in accordance with the consent notice displayed at the time of entry.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing after submitting a valid competition entry will not invalidate that entry.
Where entrants are given the option to provide their mobile number and subscribe to SMS communications, participation is entirely optional and is not a condition of entry into the competition.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sol Cleanse Privacy Policy.
6. Prize
There is one prize available. The winner will receive their choice of:
- one 3-Day Organic Whole Food Meal Pack – Plant-Based; or
- one 3-Day Organic Whole Food Meal Pack – With Meat
The prize is valued at up to AUD $214 at the time the promotion commences.
Standard delivery of the prize to an eligible Sol Cleanse delivery postcode will be provided at no charge to the winner.
The winner’s preferred delivery date is subject to Sol Cleanse’s usual delivery schedule, order cut-offs and product availability.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the nominated prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
7. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place at 10:00 am AEST on Monday 17 August 2026 at Sol Cleanse, Unit 6/3 Villiers Drive, Currumbin Waters QLD 4223.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected. Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted in writing via the email address provided as part of their entry and may also be contacted through Instagram direct message on Monday 17 August 2026.
The winner’s first name and/or Instagram handle may also be announced via the Sol Cleanse Instagram account.
The winner must provide any information reasonably required by Sol Cleanse to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
9. Unclaimed Prize
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five business days, is found to be ineligible or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.
Any redraw will be conducted at the same location using the same random selection method. A replacement winner will be contacted in writing as soon as reasonably practicable.
10. Prize Delivery
The winner must nominate an eligible Sol Cleanse delivery address.
The prize will be arranged for delivery within 28 days of the draw, subject to the winner’s location, Sol Cleanse’s delivery schedule and reasonable availability.
The winner is responsible for reviewing product ingredients and allergen information before consuming the prize and advising Sol Cleanse of any relevant dietary requirements when arranging delivery. Sol Cleanse cannot guarantee that products are suitable for every individual dietary requirement or allergy.
11. Verification and Invalid Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age, contact details and delivery eligibility.
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, uses automated or fraudulent entry methods, or otherwise interferes with the fair conduct of the promotion.
12. Changes or Cancellation
If the promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control, including technical failures, platform outages or other unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the competition, verify entrants, contact the winner and arrange fulfilment of the prize.
Where an entrant has provided the relevant consent, their information may also be used to send Sol Cleanse marketing communications.
Information may be provided to service providers used by Sol Cleanse to administer the promotion, communications and prize fulfilment.
Personal information will otherwise be collected, used and stored in accordance with the Sol Cleanse Privacy Policy.
14. Instagram and Facebook
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sol Cleanse and not to Instagram or Facebook and, to the extent permitted by law, release Instagram and Facebook from liability arising in connection with this promotion.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
