I was on the 5 day cleanse and I feel great - more energy, less bloating and I am told by people around me that I have lost weight too! Thank you Sol Cleanse for the amazing detox!

I usually do the 3 day juice plan but in the few busy days before Christmas I knew i would need something a bit more substantial so for the meal plan. It was great and convenient keeping me nourished and energised in the days before Christmas without having to worry about what I was going to eat as there are so many temptations at this time of year! I still prefer the juice plan (sorry I’m a sucker for the Dahl!) but this is exactly what my body needed at the time.
