continue readingI thoroughly enjoyed the active cleanse, I felt so light and energised after the 3 days. Everything was absolutely delicious, I was worried about being hungry but there was actually so much included each day that it felt very achievable and satiating while still gentle. I followed the active cleanse with the 3 day plant based plan which was the perfect way to slowly come back to normal eating, will definitely do this again in future when I need a reset
Absolutely fabulous- no stringy bits just purely wonderful thank you I loved it
loved the salads, smoothies and juices. Didn't like the Thai curry, due to personal tastes. I would like to order just salads, juices and smoothies every week, its expensive for a family in these times. Still happy to spurge every now and then.
Would love if you released a cookbook so families can cook for everyone.
