7 days of Spring: Mini Wellness Challenge

It’s time to nurture your best self. Join in on our 7 Days of Spring Mini Wellness Challenge to embrace inspiring spring changes that can shape beautiful new habits and routines.

Now is the perfect time to incorporate practices that support your healthiest version of you. We are so down to ditch the old-school all or nothing approach to change! Which is why we have made a 7 Days of Spring Mini Wellness Challenge, where you can embrace small spring inspired changes that have the potential to build or inspire beautiful new habits and wellness routines.

Below are the seven daily challenges, you can complete them in any order that works for you and we would love to hear how you go. Ready to embrace positive change within the week? Join us on this fun and uplifting mini Spring Wellness Challenge!

Spring Wellness Challenge

Day One

Schedule in your next cleanse. This doesn't mean you need to do it this week. The purpose of this is to intentionally choose a time that may be a bit slower in your life where you would like to go within, reset and feel better. This prevents us from getting to the burnout stage and committing to a cleanse as a last resort. You can find the perfect cleanse for you by taking our quiz here.

Day Two

Spring clean that one area that is on your mind. It wouldn't be a spring challenge without this one sprinkled in. Do you have that one draw you are avoiding or could you give some old clothes a new home? The aim of this task is to tick something off the list that's been lingering, and create a fresh space not only around you but in the mind. Day Three

Try a completely new movement practice. Double points if you bring a friend along for the ride. Maybe a casual dance class could get out of your comfort zone or an outdoor stair climb if you're used to training inside. Not only does this get us moving, which is amazing for supporting detoxification, but encourages us to be playful. Who knows you might find your new favourite way to sweat!

Day Four

Hydrate, hydrate & hydrate. The morning is the ideal time to get ahead on your daily water intake, so before you instinctively reach for your coffee, consider sipping on a cup of warm water infused with a splash of lemon juice and/or a sprinkle of salt. Known for its liver-supporting properties and rich in vitamin C, lemon aids your body's cleansing process, enhancing your overall well-being. Whereas the sodium works like a magnet to draw water into our cells, critical for deep hydration.

Day Five

A Daily Take Five Practice. A simple ritual designed to break the monotony of your workday. Whether it's indulging in 5 minutes of deep, calming breaths or taking a refreshing block walk, today's challenge is to dedicate five minutes to rejuvenate your mind and body. By pausing amidst your tasks, you invite a moment of stillness. Letting  the gentle rhythm of breath or your steps ground you. It's a simple yet profound act of self-care, weaving moments of peace into your busy routine.

Day Six

Treat yourself or a loved one. Gifting yourself the simple joy of fresh flowers as a reminder that you deserve beauty and happiness. Alternatively, share the love by surprising someone special. Small gestures,, can brighten our  days in the midst of life’s hustle. Sometimes, it's the little acts of kindness that have the most significant impact, reminding us to cherish the present and celebrate the beauty in both giving and receiving.

Day Seven

Write a letter to your end of year self. With 2024 wrapping up faster than we can catch it, purposefully sitting down and reflecting on the year so far can be a beautiful practice to realign your intentions for the last 3 months of the year. Giving that new year energy before the festive season arrives.
