Kale provides a powerhouse of nutrients, including vitamins A, C, and K and also contains antioxidants that help protect the body against harmful free radicals and strengthen the immune response. The hydrating cucumber is a rich vitamin C source, which we know is the number one immune function support vitamin. The mint in Joy juice is antibacterial and aids digestion which contributes to a healthy immune system as 70% of immune cells are housed in the gut.

Strength green smoothie
SPINACH, BARLEY GRASS, WHEAT GRASS, CHIA SEEDS, APPLE & BANANA
Spinach is packed with iron, folate, and vitamins A and C. These nutrients support the body's production and the day-to-day function of immune cells which is heightened when we are unwell. Barley grass and wheat grass are rich in chlorophyll, which has immune-enhancing properties as it binds to and removes oxidative damage. Chia seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids, which have anti-inflammatory effects and also help regulate immune responses.

The squeeze of lemon is high in vitamin C and supports detoxification, helping to remove wastes that can weaken the immune system.

Silverbeet or Swiss chard is a nutrient-dense leafy green that contains vitamins A, C, and E and minerals like magnesium and zinc, which are essential for immune function. Cos lettuce, celery and parsley provide additional vitamin C and antioxidants. Whilst the cucumber adds hydration and celery and parsley work together as a gentle natural diuretic to promote detoxification.

Gaia green soup
BROCCOLI, ZUCCHINI, FENNEL, LEEK, KALE, CELERY, BABY SPINACH, CORIANDER & PARSLEY
This warm green soup is packed full of green goodness! Broccoli is loaded with our key vitamins A, C, and E, along with immune-boosting and detoxification-supporting antioxidants sulforaphane and glucosinolates. Fennel contains selenium, an essential nutrient in regulating the functions of the immune system, protecting our immune cells and reducing oxidative stress. Zucchini is rich in vitamin C, while leeks provide a good dose of vitamins A and K. Kale, celery, baby spinach, and parsley as we have already highlighted all contribute to the overall nutrient profile of this soup, providing vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support immune function.
