How did you find cleansing affected your workout routine?

It was definitely a bit extra to fit into my already tight schedule, but surprisingly, the cleanse routine just optimized my workout routine in a good way. It made me more mindful of the activities I chose to engage in and how they complemented the cleansing process.

Did you keep up your normal workout routine while doing the Active Cleanse?

I tried to, especially on the first day. However, I quickly realized that my body was undergoing some significant changes, so I decided to go a bit lighter on the workouts for the next couple of days. Instead of my usual intense sessions, I opted for more gentle activities like walking and yin-style movements, which felt incredibly rejuvenating.

What are your tips for working out while cleansing?

My top tip would be to listen to your body. Choose activities that feel nourishing rather than taxing, especially during a cleanse. Opt for more yin-style exercises like yoga, Pilates, or gentle stretching, which can help support the detox process without overexerting yourself. And most importantly, stay hydrated and give yourself grace—your body is doing incredible work during this time!

How did you feel after completing your cleanse?

I felt fantastic! Completing the cleanse left me with a newfound sense of energy and focus. Not only did I feel physically lighter, but mentally, I was more clear-headed and centered. It was like giving myself the ultimate self-care gift, and I emerged from it feeling revitalized and ready to tackle whatever challenges came my way.
